Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period.

Failed renders

If a video fails to render because of a technical problem on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically.

Refund requests

• If you have not used any credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
• Because each render incurs real compute costs, payments for periods in which credits were used are generally not refundable.
• Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

To request a refund, email support@omnihuman2.ai from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
